Mutual Fit Video Call

Grief can feel isolating. Our 4-week support group offers a safe, compassionate space to connect with others who understand. Each group is closed, meaning members commit to the 4-week cycle for consistency and trust. Groups welcome 3 to 6 participants, with new members invited to join once a month. You are welcome to continue beyond for up to 2 months, transition to individual therapy, or step away whenever you feel ready. We aim to get all participants in for an intake call before the group starts, to test technology and go over basic intake. You are required to complete the Intake documents and confidentiality agreement prior to group.

Grief and Loss Group

A 50-minute session where we’ll begin to understand your story, explore your goals for therapy, and identify the challenges you’re facing. This session sets the foundation for our work together, focusing on creating a safe and supportive environment tailored to your needs.
