A free 15-20 minute phone call designed to explore your needs, discuss my therapeutic approach, and determine if we’re the right fit to work together. This brief conversation is a chance to ask questions and ensure you feel comfortable moving forward with therapy.

Free Mutual Fit Call

A 50-minute session where we’ll begin to understand your story, explore your goals for therapy, and identify the challenges you’re facing. This session sets the foundation for our work together, focusing on creating a safe and supportive environment tailored to your needs.

Initial Appointment

EMDR can be done in either a 50- or 80-minute session, depending on your needs and preferences. This longer appointment allows us the time and space to move through the phases of EMDR in a thoughtful and grounded way. With more room for preparation, processing, and integration, we’re able to tend to your experience without rushing. Whether you're new to EMDR or continuing ongoing work, this extended session supports deeper engagement with the therapy process.
